Returns & Exchanges

At Moment Skis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your setup, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unmounted and unused gear. If your skis haven't hit the snow or seen a drill bit, we'll help you get them back to the factory for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Verify Condition

    Ensure your skis are in brand-new condition, in their original packaging, and have not been mounted with bindings.

  • 2.
    Request Authorization

    Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, include the RMA form, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our Reno factory receives and inspects the gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
